Yipee! At this rate it will be 2007 before we get our baby. SW said they have no idea what is going on with CCAA and that it is very likely wait time can/will? increase. They are hoping it does not get up to 18 months, but I am thinking I should expect the worst.
Another adoptive dad from our agency spends alot of time looking at the numbers, and looking for patterns in those numbers ( He accurately guessed the exact day of referrals last month from looking at previous months. It seems that the CCAA sends out referrals every 33 days on average.).He thinks it is possible that the CCAA will take around 3 months to process June, then go back to full months in July. From his math ( I am trusting him on this, my brain is currently fried)it would then be a twelve month wait. Exactly what the CCAA announced in Dec, a little after the slow down began. Just a thought.

Good morning - you got there before I could. My office network blocks CCAA.
Let's hope they get though June before the end of the year.
