I found this page, showing the official holidays for China in 2005.
The first week of May was a holiday, they returned to work on May 9th. So, going through May 12 means they have only done 4 days of May.
Looking at the calendar, April 26 through May 12th (with the week holiday) is only 8 business days. Two days short of two weeks.

I just figured out the same thing. If they do 8 LID each month it will be about 2 years until my referral. Ahhhkkk.
I think we have to start thinking about referral batches in numbers instead of dates. Trouble is, we'll never know how many referrals are sent out each month or how many were logged in for the next period, so...we stay in the dark. Ahhhkkk indeed.
