Nothing new

I'm not seeing anything new - not rumor-wise, anyway. Someone emailed me a picture of Director Lu having a tea party with a little girl. He visited a family home in Iceland and had a little tea party with their daughter. Very sweet photo. The family mentions they will be using this photo in their next dossier. Anyway, I'm still around, just nothing to report on right now.

TA's are (supposedly) created by a completely different department than the matching department.

We are told there is no correlation, but it usually works out that referrals come after TA's. Not always, but probably at least 90% of the time.

Perhaps the agency that reported they aren't going to get them before the May holiday didn't return all of their acceptances as soon as the other agencies.

Anyway, to answer your question, it's a good sign, but that's about it.

I can't believe how quiet everything is. It's like a rumor ghost town.

This is a total rumor. Someone using Holt talked to them today and told her they thought the wait would get longer before it gets shorter, probably up to 18 months.

We just heard from our agency, european adoption consultants, Ohio, that our June 2nd LID's were matched and we will get our referrals in the next few days. We have another waiting group, LID June 10, but they were not told they were matched. We are very excited!
