Another agency has told their people that the cut off this month is the 22nd.
Someone with a 7/26 LID has been told she will not get her referral this month.
Someone posted a referral for twins on the July board.

Just curious how the agency would know that CCAA is not going to make it to 7/26 when no one else knows that?

If that person's agency got their package of referrals from CCAA and 7/26 was not included then they can conclude that 7/26 was not included...that's what I conclude anyway. :)
Waiting for Jade....hope the cut-off is 7/25 then and you'll be getting the call soon!

Is it possible these are the one's that were matched last time, but not mailed? I betcha we see more in a few days/weeks. This has got to be them!!
oooh - erin - i love that idea! it just doesn't all make sense. i don't understand how some agencies have referrals and others don't believe that it's anything more than a rumor.

Does it look like the agencies getting the referrals today are on the west coast? Maybe the reason they received theirs is because they are closer than those on the east coast????

My agency has 2 LIDs for 7/18 and only received a referral for one of the families.
Wow, I thought no one would hear anything until next week!!!

Why are they issuing referrals so soon before the end of the month? Might they issue another package in early Sept? Perhaps this is CCAAs way of catching up some.
I just can't take this. Last month someone with a LID of 7/22 was told they were matched but their referral not sent out. So they didn't get very far if they only got to the rest of 7/22. I am hoping (ok hanging on my ledge) that Erin is right and they send more out in another week or so.
It just doesn't make sense that no one saw these coming. Are any European agencies getting them?
our agengy is in California and all our families have 7/25 LID. our agency has not received anything...yet....
My agency is in Colorado and as of an hour ago told someone they hadn't received their package of referrals yet either.

Remeber when we heard some July families had been matched, but then nothing...I think this could be them. Would explain why no notice. I think it's possible that CCAA considers these part of the last bacth, not the new batch. There is no way this is all there is going to be, and might explain why not all agencies know what's going on. I think they honestly don't. Just when we thought China was predictable.
Has anyone else wondered why CCAA would be moving to a bigger space and hiring mnore staff if the number of referrals was actually declining?
Supposedly the number of domestic adoptions is on the rise. I'd like to think they're doing this so they can do more referrals...both domestic and international but that's my wishful thinking.
I wonder if there is any chance we'll see tomorrow the cut-off being later?
I feel numb.
